Am I headed in the right direction? I want to build a Dozer Sherman from the Frozen Chosen. Do I start with the RFM, Meng or Tamiya hull and running gear from their Sherman 76 kits? Then use the Academy Dozer blade and turret from their Dozer kit? Any other suggestions?

Just use the latest issue of the Dragon M4A3 105mm HVSS and put the dozer blade on it.

Best get an after market dozer as the Academy dozer is off. The measurements mix the M1 and M1A1 dozer sizes. If you use the kit's blade might as well just stick to the Academy kit the whole way through.

About the PMMS M4A3 105mm HVSS review-- the Dragon kit had all the 105mm turret bits redone for their M4 105mm kit so the turret in the latest issue of the M4A3 105mm HVSS is accurate. Just built one. Whole bunch of pieces on the sprue that aren't in the instructions to detail up the driver's hatches too.

Hard to find the Academy kit. I’ll check out the Dragon kit.
