Please help me to understand what are the marked tools on the turret of m109 KAWEST?

I think that the case contains anti-slip pads for winter driving, but I have no idea what for is the "tripod".

Hi there, Swiss army pilot here, I usually ride on this specific M109 Kawest.
On the left side, you have the ice or snow clamps/crampons, these are adjusted on the crawlers for maximum traction on slippery terrain.
On the right side, you have the base for the electric coil.
