Hi friends!
One month ago since my last update. I´ve been busy and now that we are locked down at home I have so many spare time to advance in the diorama.
But I have made a new display, I was not happy with the previous ruined building, so I decided to start a new ruin. It´s made with styrofoam, clay and white clay.
It´s only in the initial phase, this is what I get for now:
This is a provisional layout. Nothing sure yet.
And these are the figures and the ATV I have also painted in the last week. ATV rider is wearing an AOR1 shirt and a Multicam vest and trousers. The other figure is only Multicam. ATV is not finished, I have to load it yet.
That´s all for now. I´ll be locked down at home for a while, so I will keep on working.
Best regards!

Hi again, gents
How are you dealing with coronavirus?? We're locked down but we are fine. Not Madrid, increasing rapidly the numbers.
Next steps on the diorama. House is primmed and the terrain applied. I used AK desert sand for the terrain. The road limits are made with a cord of hot glue.

Hope you like it. Advices are welcome!!

Hi gents!!
More advances on the diorama. I´m at full speed now. Thanks for the extra time, COVID19 (just joking)
I noticed that the main façade was quite flat, so I decided to add some texture using acrylic paint and I added a supports for the poles using clay.
And following my daughter´s advice I have added a piece of second floor (not finished yet in the picture)
And finally, I finished the terrain
If it´s not raining today, I will shot some pictures in the outside with the build finished and some figures already fixed.
CheerS!!!

Hi guys!
Some pictures more, now with the atv fully loaded. I put some ammo boxes and a M82 on the front and some backpacks and more ammo in the rear. I also added some straps that was missing on the resins. Also added straps on the spare tire. Another upgrade was adding a pistol holster to the rider and a M4 to the standing figure.
Now I'm working on 2 figures more before get stucked. I don't have the GMV conversion set, and by now, deliveries are almost out in Spain.
Thanks for watching!!
Regards.

Hi Nacho,
I hope you are well. It looks good, but there is a visible difference in painting the figures. The soldier on the quad has good looking Multicam camouflage (and MARPAT desert). Standing with the phone is much worse. I am waiting for GMV

Cheyenne, Dimitri, Piotr, thanks for you comments!!
Maki, I know the differences between both soldiers. The one standing was the first I made, so I learned from the mistakes for the second (the rider). Now I hope the third/fourth looks, at least, like the rider.
Thanks for posting!!!

Terrain looks great Nacho & again I really like your range of colours – you're the Velazquez of the Vignette

Tim, thank you very much for these kind words. It´s a great praise coming from you, a true artist. Thanks again, buddy!!
I want to show you the last updates. A new figure added to the scene and, for the very first time I have done one, a K9.
The new operator is filming what the HQ sent them to assault. As the figure was quite similar as the one talking on the phone, I added a googles and change his (quite poor modelled) M4 for a Mk17 and its strap.
The dog is a German Sheperd (at least it´s what I tried to) and put him a Doogles, more tacticool .
I also want to ask you if any of you have the Legend Productions Dumvee conversion instructions sheet. As I wasn´t able to get the kit yet, I´d like to take a look to the instructions to see if I can start with the Humvee.
Thanks for watching!!

Hi @Makiwawa!!!
Sorry for not reading your post. I´ve been busy with a work at home. I´ve turned round my modelling room into my daughter´s bedroom so now I have no place for modelling. I´ve just finished the bedroom, but now I have to relocate all the modelling stuff.
Also I was waiting for buying the Legend productions Dumvee conversion, but it was out of stock everywhere. Now BNA has stock but my bank account is depleted due to the works at home.
I´m very anger to retake the hobby but I guess that I have to wait two months more at least. I had no time to check the forum neither!
Thanks for asking anyway!!

Thanks, Ski!! I'm glad you like it.
As Thursday and Friday I have holidays, I'll post some pictures of the Humvee's lower side I have made. I'm also thinking about making doors and hood at one time, so I can advance until I get the conversion kit.
Cheers!!!
