I've just acquired second-hand, Caesar Miniatures' 1/72-scale kit of the 'SWS Halftrack. While the quality of the kit is generally good, the aspect that lets it down is the inclusion of integrally-moulded wheels and tracks. The main problem here is the fact that the interleaved roadwheels, sprockets and idlers are presented as solid items.
Did any of the other halftracks share the same running gear as the SWS? If so, I could check through my stash of German vehicle kits to find replacements.

It may not be 100% correct, and it may require some reworking, but you might get away with replacing the roadwheels with those from a Kfz 250, and the drive gear from a Pz. lV, the idler from maybe an early Pz lV. A lot of kitbashing, but I don't think you'll find everything in one place. As for the track maybe Tiger l cut narrow to fit, and really muddied-up to hide discrepancies!
