This book complements the Belgian Leopard 1(BE) and Leopard 1A5(BE) books in the Trackpad Publications Model Foto Focus series (providing full details of all technical aspects of these tanks). This In the Field book focuses on the ‘in-service’ use of the Leopard throughout its career in the Belgian Army. It provides information on the units that fielded the Leopard 1, their markings, employment during field training exercises, live-fire gunnery, operations, and their retirement.
Other Trackpad books from Patrick Winnepenninckx include FotoFocus walkarounds of Leopard 1(BE), Bergepanzer 2 and 2000, Pionierpanzer 1 and Leguan bridge layer. Future titles will include Leoaprd 1A5(BE) with Drver Trainer, and Gepard, to round off the complete story of Leopard use by the Belgian Army.

References of Belgian armor are rare so I was really looking forward to this. Great coverage of training and the KFOR deployment. The sub caliber firing devices are very interesting.
