I scored a Takom Mk I Female, without tracks.
Did the British use the same type track for the MkI, Iv, and V?
Asking for a friend.

None of the British tank references I've seen mentioned different types of tracks, at least not for the later Marks, though other parts such as track rollers were certainly changed.
French St. Chamond tanks definitely had narrower than two types of wider tracks though as time went on.

If you can find them, grab a set of Takom 2008X MK.IV Workable Tracks - they're brilliant and are what I believe were originally included in your kit.

A wider track was installed on most Mk V heavy tanks.

Thanks Gerald!!
I'm getting a Mk. IV, and Takom has that specific set. I just have to find one.
