Hi all

Apologies if I'm a bit behind on the news on this one...received a feed from HLJ this morning & saw RFM are releasing a Chally 2 TES in Feb.
Any modern Brit guys got some thoughts/opinions/comments on the this? Where does this model fit in amongst current Brit armour?

TIA
Shaun

I can't wait.

I've seen sprue shots with both the Dorchester packs and the standard baz plates so you can build a standard vehicle or Megatron.

If it's anything like their M1 kits, I'll be a very happy bunny

Can you provide a link to the sprue shots with the standard side skirts?

This site provides a sprue overview but there is no indication of standard side skirts. There is nothing indicated on the RFM site either about a standard build but it would be a wise option for RFM to provide. Hopefully decals will be included for a BATUS Chally 2 if it is an option.

Hey All,

It's been some time since I was here. For the last 6-8 months, I have gone over, exclusively, to the dark side (i.e., wingy things), but I did happen upon the Rye Field Chally 2 TES tank, and I think it's FABULOUS! I still have 2 Tamiya Challenger 2 Deserted kits in the stash, and since that kit was the first model I build when i got back into the hobby 10 years ago (and certainly is in need of being replaced), I had planned to build a straight-up Challenger 2, then one with the bar armor on the rear and turret...and now, maybe this new beast. Really cool!

Its rather old and has too many inaccuracies/lack of detail.
