I posted a question yesterday:
https://armorama.kitmaker.net/forums/282531&page=1
I wanted to make option 7 on this:
http://www.echelonfd.com/firstfrontier/AXT351015.htm
But when researched that particular vehicle it said that it used Steel roadwheels and AFAIK the wheels in the RFM 5018 are the rubber type.
I am sorry if the answer is obvious but I know very little about the real vehicles.
Thanks in advance.

If you wish to build the R01 you linked on flickr, then standard rubber shod wheels are correct.

Colin,
If you'd like a quick, easy read on the Panther, then I'd recommend picking up this book . It will answer most of your questions.
Regards,
Georg

Colin,
It might help you if you have a look at my review of the original RFM Ausf. G kit release (RM-5012). The only difference between the original release and your kit is that yours doesn't have the full interior. The externals are the same.
I dig down into the configuration options for the 1944 and 1945 versions, and all of the errors in the RFM instructions.
