Looks good, except for the chains.
The chain on the boom is ok, but the rest are wrong.
There are tie down points on the frame that are used.

Thanks Jeff. It can also be tied down the way I have it. You can see one below tied down in this manner. It is a civilian excavator/load, but the same standard for military loads applies on US highways.
