Surprising detail on such a small kit of an interesting post-war light tank. I've always found AMX's fascinating with their unique turret swivel system.

See what you mean about the canvas. With the three kind of parallel lines running around the length of it, it looks a bit like something designed for Alien by HRGeiger.
Also, it seems strange to me that hard link and length track isn't the norm, you'd think for one thing it would be cheaper to produce.

Thank you I wrote the review as I built the model, and the canvas does look presentable after weathering, so it is not such a big issue. The tracks, however, really should be plastic. Link and length is an amazing concept
