I tried but have not been able to find any color pictures of Chinese Volunteer uniforms, but I'm guessing they are pale green.

This video didn't show that particular uniform, but early PLA uniforms seem to be pale green.

Ron Volstad did the art work for the old dragon Chinese volunteer set. His work is usualy very accurate.

When I researched this many years ago I never could find a good color photo. Reading books and a few vets I talked to my opinion was the uniforms we basically like Soviet stuff from wwii. Basically green to a pale pale green ,almost a very dirty white. Some where light brown to green brown. I think they where made out of any material they had on hand with no real color guide.
