Hello,

I'm building Meng's AMX-30B2 and would like to "freeze" the functional suspension. In operational use how high does the hull bottom sit above ground level? Or, ideally, with just the suspension arms on the hull (no wheels, tracks) what should the gap be?

Also, in the pictures I've seen of these tanks In the desert scheme the lighter color seems much more sand than Sable Desert which seems to have more of a yellow tone. Is it just the colors in the pictures aren't true or were the Gulf War tanks not painted in Sable Desert?
