Did these tanks have white camo on lower hulls and road wheels? Thanks for any input!

Flipping quickly through Jean Restayn's book on the Battle of Kharkov, I would say the rule of thumb is no. Interestingly most of the color profiles depict them as yes, but I don't think the photos support that. When there is a lot of snow, there's a lot of snow caked in the side of the wheels, but it still looks pretty brown behind.

Most of the pics that I have seen only show it on the hull and turrets, but given the time frame and supply shortages this is understandable. .
