If it's going to be that large I'd think of doing it myself. For red stripes you might look at the Union Pacific 87-110-5 decal set by Microscale. The Union would be a little trickier. For a Firebase Harriman dio I did once I ended up painting them on.
If you're more skilled than I am (very likely) you could make a tiny mask and then spray all the stars on.

I have used the Archer Dry Transfer flags with some success. On this page there is a link to a video of how to apply it that sounds similar to what you are looking for:

FC Model Trend has a set of two sizes (they make also a WWII version with 48 stars):

Wow. Just watched the Archer flag making video. I've always liked their stuff, but would not have thought the flag would hold up the way it did. I know how I'll be making my next flag.
Of course, I don't think it was around fifteen years ago...

Which part wasn’t around? AFT has been around 31 yrs. US flags have been around since 2000 and 2002. The videos are from 2013.

For this application I would go with no one else but Archer Fine Transfers. I bought my first US flag set at AMPS 2000 and have been a loyal and frequent customer ever since. Their products are just amazing in quality, versatility, and detail.

I agree. Ready for the old norm. On the plus side my modeling production has gone up and so far acquiring has not....yet.
I wish I could say the same. My "Hobby room" was taken over by my M-I-L, before this bio-attack started. So I happily moved my stuff to my son's room... Then a month later my son came home from college and the rest is history. Now everything is in boxes waiting for the old normal to come back.
I might just build a bigger shed/shop and move out my stuff out there. .
