I've read reviews of the Panda Cougar 4x4 MRAP (early edition serial ending 03) and I like the model, but it sounds quite complex.

Research shows Panda issued a new tool version in '18, serial ending in 40.

Has anyone built the new tool version and is it less complex and a (slightly) simpler build than the original kit?

This one is not yet released, but it will probably has common parts with the original kit.
