Does anybody knows the exact width of Pz IV H suspension mounting bracket what I marked yellow?

Oh, I don't know why not works...
So, thats a picture on the net, I mean the width of the bracket, bolted to the hull side. from edge to edge.

If you can't find any measurements on the internet try a scale calculator,might work if you measure the part and calculate it by 1 to 1 scale.
Just a thought.

Did Hilary Doyle not draw it in the Panzer Tracts book on the J? That would be my starting point if I didn’t have an accessible example to measure.
