Decloaking from work long enough to post this...
FYI for those emailing me or other staff members. I have added a few choice filter words to my mail server so that it will automatically discard certain emails. So before you put "sex" in the email.... think twice! LOL
Seriously though... I would STRONLY recommend that if you want to contact me (and don't need to attach a file) then use the contact form on the contact page. The reason being is that I can easily spot these messages as REAL mail. I don't know what is up with the spammers lately but my junk mail has shot up about 10-fold.
Thanks,
Jim

You too? I've noticed that some SPAM I'm getting have "model topic" type subject headings. Needless to say if I don't recognize your e-mail address and you mail me an attachment, I deleted it without reading it. If you PM me prior to e-mailing an attachment, then I will know to expect it and not delete it.

Rob, I emailed you a bunch of M# Grant pictures a couple of weeks ago. Since you didn't thank me I assume you deleted them.

Actually, I don't recall getting any M3 Grant info from you. I think I received e-mail from you once before so your address would be recognized. I know I didn't delete any M3 Grant info that was inbound.

Our account at the foundry gets hammered daily. Even my personel addy at the foundry is getting 50 plus messages with .zip and .pdf files attached. I don't really know what is going on either but I don't open many attachments anymore...

Just as a silly side-bar, if there are any malicious types out there intentionally emailing me with viruses (because I will occasionally get one that seems to be custom made for this site - re: Rob's models comment), you should know you are WASTING YOUR TIME. I have full online, real-time, and up-to-date Virus protection running at multiple levels (server and client) and I haven't been seriously hindered by a virus in a LONG time.

Jim,
That is just amazing to think that anyone would have enough time to actually spam you and Rob on purpose. Those folks need a life, a job, a hobby and a Jack Russell in that order. I have all four and they keep me busy.
Thanks for the site.
Shaun

This is too funny. I am at work and just got spam selling spam blocking software.
Actual email below...
"Change your life...NOW.
Better than all other Spam filters -
Only Delivers The Email You Want!
This is the ultimate solution that is guaranteed to stop all spam
without losing any of your important email! This system protects you 100%.
We didn't believe it either until we actually tried it. So you be the judge and see for yourself.
You owe it to yourself to try this program, and forward this email to all of your friends
who hate Spam or as many people as possible.
Get rid of unwanted emails now."
These people are shameless...

Oh, oh my.....Jim, I sent you my UOM info (answered the questions present on the UOM page) in the form of an Email message. I believe the heading had something about UOM in it........I certainly HOPE you didn't delete that!!
(I really don't want to re-type it all since I'm a very slow typist).
Please check.
