Hi guys -
I am getting ready to start weathering a M109A6 in CARC sand. Has anyone done an oil dot filter on a CARC sand vehicle? And if so what color oils would work best?
Thanks
Mike

I tried it on an Egyptian IS-3M that was essentially the same color. I've seen where you should use random drops or red, blue, yellow, etc... Remember in grade school what you get when you mix all those colors together? Brown. I've could've skipped all that and used burnt sienna like I usually do.

Thanks Robert! I'll defiantly add Burnt Sienna to the mix.
I painted up a paint hog tonight, i'll try a few things tomorrow and see how it turns out.
