Hi. I'm wondering if anybody can please tell me what specific types of wild flowers can be found in Normandy in summer (June)?
Having used a few types of laser cut flowers from MIG and Fredericus Rex before, I want to try making my own but want them to be authentic to the types found in Normandy.
Thanks!

I've already tried Google, two problems with that Jerry, firstly a Google search does yield 'a bazillion pics' but I have no idea what type of flowers I'm looking at so therefore can't get further into researching leaf shape, height, flower size etc.
Second problem with just googling is that the results don't always show native species. If you google 'normandy summer flowers' a number of gardens and botanical institutions come up, some with exotic species.
I know there are some folks on here who live in Normandy who might be able to help with regard to summer species of wild flowers in normandy hence my asking.

Hello Mike
The hedgerows are full of foxgloves (digitale) at the moment.
Wild poppies are just coming up too.
Buttercups, dandelions, wild honeysuckle, aqulegia, campion...and then lots of greenery like nettles, various grasses...
Cheers from Normandy (where it's raining at last)
