If the assumption about two complete vehicles (1+1 instead of the old n-in-1 concept) holds true then it is definitely an interesting change. I would have gotten both in any case but I bulieve that there will be some moaning about it (I only want x, why oh why do I have to buy both? Moan moan, whine whine).
Saves me the effort of co-locating two kits in one box to save on stash space ....

Robin, I'm not 100% sure, but I figure 1+1 means 2?

I think Meng did the same with their Pickups. 2 models in one box.

And, these two puppies together are only a little bit more expensive than the Meng kit. But then again, I don’t believe either of these two have an interior.

I’m keen on RPG’s other kits, like Goalkeeper, US Navy Laser, and the Ural 6 wheeler MRAP.
