hi jim! i've just noticed my banner pic has been replaced by a thing saying image not found(see below) how can i get it back?

Most likely the site where you uploaded the pic doesn`t allow the hotlinking of pics anymore. Best thing you can do is getting your picture off that site and place it in your own 3MB gallery space here at Armorama and then link it from there. That would be the solution for your problem
