I've been looking at this monster for a while now. Having just purchased a Tamiya Dragon Wagon and looked at the scope of THAT project, the very thought of this modern descendant very nearly had me running shrieking down the hall in terror. No, wait. Maybe it was just that price of 246 pounds Sterling. At today's exchange rate, that's somewhere on the far side of $350. Plus shipping.... Yikes! That kind of money buys a dozen Shermans.
Still, the thing should go together wonderfully if their Sherman V/Vc Update set is anything to judge by. Very high quality work comes from our friends in Scotland, IMO.

Errr... This shall fit nicely alongside the M123 and M15A1 that I'm building, to keep company with my M911 project. OOPS did I forget to mention these??

That trailer looks mighty familiar!!
Is it possible that the faun trailer andthe U.S. trailer use common parts?, The layout of the bed is nearly identical. Over to you Rob, do you copy?

Yeah, this is really a cool kit.
I have drooled over mine and the resin is just sitting preaty right now. May be my next project just because the resin looks so ...., so......, how to say it, clean and v###$#!
Later, (and back to that SU-85)
Dave

::::::::::::said with my best whiny, teasing voice::::::::::::::::: So! Too much for ya huh!?! Just too much work for the little Gunnie man......nagh, nagh, nagh! I guess Gunnie can't handle ALL that resin can he? Just TOO big a project for GunTruck Studio's I guess.....tut, tut, tut.
Tread.
:::::::said in a whisper:::::::: Do you think Gunnie will bite? Maybe reverse pyscology will coax him into building one. Can you imagine an M1070 / M1000 Super HET built by the Gunnie man himself? Now that would be somethin' to see.

Tread - now you know there hasn't been a model yet devised that daunts Gunnie! Not even that nasty Jaguar Sheridan - I spanked that puppy into submission (again) this past weekend and got its tracks on. It whimpered and cried along the way, but, no mercy!
I'll get around to this big 'ol hunk of resin - there's just a little matter of the Davy Crockett in my sights to finish up first...

With less than one years experience, I m not even tempted by this. Too expensive for one and there is ssooooo much I want to do first. By the time I get around to this, Italeri will be selling them.
