You can, but note that some parts, like grilles for engine deck may not fit properly, as they are usually slightly different shape in different manufacturers kits and PE set is designed specifically to fit one kit.

Some of us here, including myself, frequently use PE sets labeled for other makers. Gizmology comes into play here that in a sense, a 1/35th PE set, is a 1/35th PE set, for the most part applicable to most vehicles of the same nomenclature (Academy T-34 vs Dragon T-34).
Other things to watch for:
As previously mentioned, dissimilar sizes do occur when it comes to engine grills (you do need to pay particular attention to the size of the grill for each maker).
Clamps, brackets, straps, et al, should be rather generic for use if staying with one era. The type of vehicle vs. the country of origin should be observed however.
This holds true when trying to fit PE on a WW1 tank vs. a tank in 2020.
A PE bracket from a WW1 vehicle from the US would not be appropriate at all for an M1 Abrams.
A PE bracket for something WW2 Japanese, could not be used for anything British or American.
You catch my drift.
