I have the kit, it's very nice. Only negative, is the cab doors don't open.

Considering how the former Soviet Union operated there's an iffy chance that the real one had the same difficulties when it came to opening doors. ("Is optional! Next you want steering wheel that TURNS? Ha!)

That is how it was originally marketed and released about 6 months ago. This is just the truck by itself.

Oh, that's nice! I could go for one of those but not in soviet/russian service. I have taken a walk around of a ZIL 131 of Latvijas Ugunsdzeseji, the Latvian Fire Fighters during my holidays there in 2017. Just need to get the decals custom made ....
