Thats an OK picture for an scan, but there is just one ! but I sort of get the idea. by the way, I now this is but how do you tone down the bright looking camo in the tanks I just painted?, like when I see pictures of the real ones the camo is really faint and barely noticeable

Hello again MATTOMLIN. With AFV weathering, you can do 'dust' or 'mud' look. With your dust, pastel chalks work well for the upper surface, and try airbrushing the running gear to 'dusty' it up. if u want mud, mix up some acryllic paint and wood glue and baking soda and static grass etc and paste it on the running gear and flick it onto the fenders etc. If the colour is off, airbrush on something. Mud is very dark usually. If you want, then drybrush lighter shades to simulate the mud is partially drying.
Both effects could use a little rust too. You can get orange water colour or pastels and put them on and streak them to look good. Also you want black powder stains/burns on the muzzles of the 20mm guns. Paint chips on the upper surface from equipment/boots scraping the surface would be good too. you can either paint these on or basecoat dark grey/gunmetal and then do real paint chips off your base coat. Have fun

camo toning down can be by airbrushing a very dilluted light gray cloud of paint and also using some lighter than the camo colours pastels to overdubb the main colours of the cammo, taking off their factory brightness
hope i helped a lil

two ways to get that faded look to a cammo are first do your camo as you usually do then when you have the three colors on you go back over the whole tank with a mist of dark yellow ..this will go along way to fade the cammo together. After all this has dried I use at least two filters on my kit for my Sturmtiger I used an olive green colored oil paint and an ivory color from Model master ...use only 5% paint to 95% thinner...just paint this on with a wide flat brush and you'll see a big difference ...try it you'll see...
