Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anybody knows of any M60 interior kit or resin interior set of any kind. Doesn't matter which version of M60. I just couldn't find any interior kits or sets at all.
Any ideas?
Cheers
Hussein

I know of a motor & engine bay in resin. Verlinden, I assume.

Verlinden used to (now closed). Legend offers an M60 engine and engine bay sets. The Legend one is much nicer. Legend and Tank Workshop both do new M1 Commander's cupolas. The Legend one comes with interior parts. I know of nothing else in the way of an M60 turret/hull interior set.

AFV club kits include cupola & partial drivers compartment interiors
as well as the main gun breech, that's all I know of.

While mainly an exterior set, this has nice interior detail for the cupola, and of course bin latches for kits with them molded on, like the K2.

It seems a little strange that while a niche item appears in todays new releases (engine compartment for 1/48 T-38), among a lot of other esoteric items, a mainstream MBT like the M-60 series continues to be overlooked for an interior treatment. I've built the M-60 and M-48 series vehicles since the 1970s, and with so many versions from different manufacturers, it seems there would be quite a market for a decent AM hull and turret interior set.
And of course, once a resin (or other) AM set is finally released, we would see RFM release a full-interior M-60A1/A3, probably with clear hull and turret. Nature's law it seems.
