If you want them to be more like cinder blocks than regular bricks. They may not be the exact shape of a scale cinder block but it might work. I'd paint them base coat of gray to better represent cinder blocks though.

i would suggest no they would seemm...out of scale ..even for rocks ..try something else or scribbing plaster
