My ref materials indicate the SLA received IDF armor. If you look up IDF M113s you may find the information you're looking for.

Try looking for IDF M113 interior pics, as that is the source from which SLA received them. The seats were rearanged in the middle of the compartment, and the racks for MG ammo were added to the walls.
I have been making mine accordance with IDF standards and using photo references. I haven't upoloaded photos of painted vehicle, but this might be useful for you
