Looking for something to replicate rubber mats such as those found on the floor of modern US SPG's. Have used the grills that came in old Italeri Priest kits in the past, but I'm fresh out of those.
Not looking for ribbed style (that can be replicated by Evergreen siding) but rather the folding style shown below, or the newer perforated style. Wondering if there's a product out there I'm unaware of. Shapeways perhaps?

We had the ones that were round holes as well as those. Would be interested, am doing another M109A3 interior.

Some kind of square mesh pulled sideways so that the squares become flattened rhomboids?
The fact that the wires in the mesh cross instead of lie side by side shouldn't be too obvious.

I've actually got stuff that already is in a rhomboid shape, but I want scale thickness as well. One of my teammates does 3D printing. I may need to hit him up.
