Morning all.
Looking for tips on the best material to simulate periscopes for Heng Longs Chally 2.
Any suggestions greatly accepted.
Thanks.

"Best" be will subjective, but I like to use mylar discs you can get at any party store or Michael's. Cheap and effective.

Would you get the same effect by painting over regular silver/chrome mylar (the easiest to find) with Tamiya (or similar) clear color coats? The paints can be mixed for exact shades.

I received good results from making my own clear parts from blank DVDs. A little effortful because you have to split the DVD and the material is hard to cut in form but the result is pretty satisfying although the predominantly purple tone is not everybody's taste...
