I think these are very similar to what comes in the Accurate Armor skirt set. Unfortunately the flat profile isn't accurate and hence does nothing for me.

A no. 80 drill bit, some .010 x .020 Evergreen, and some piano wire does wonders: (You may have to zoom in)

Interesting design approach that should make them easier to attach and secure but I’m not sure they were handles; surely loops for attaching camouflage?
