So far as I know, Revell has not actually issued the 1/76 Comet in years, and prices on eBay are high due to collectors. Maybe it can still be found in shops in the Uk or I'm wrong.

I managed to get a couple of the 1/76 kits from someone selling off a bunch of kits, but I don't think I'll make them now that this kit is available.

Chris, looks like you are right, I was misled by the fact that it is currently listed on the Revell web site, but I now see it is noted as out of stock. It appears to be new box art though which probably means it is about to be reissued. €8.49 - cheap.

Matt having taken a look at this and the E-100 before sending them to you I think I can say you get what you pay for and these kits are worth the money for the serious braille scale modellers out there as I feel they surpass the best that has come before them in 1/72nd. I am really looking forward to see how they look once you beat them into shape.
