Recently I won the Italeri LAV - 25 kit at an IPMS meeting. I was wondering if anybody knew of any PE or RESIN accesory kits available for an LAV?

Thanks Cardinal, some great stuff from AEF.
Since I am a sculptor maybe an LAV Crew or modern US armor crew is in order. Check out these sites for my work.

Cow:
If you do figures for the kit, make sure you use proportions for skinny people, you'll never get a regular-sized 1/35th figure into those hatches.

YEAH, isn't that a bummer. I was reading some other forums about the kits out there and it was noted that the hatches had to be opened up a bit. I suppose only figures on the Adkins diet can operate the Italeri kit. :-)

There are 3 Eduard detail sets, floorplate brass, 3 companies make resin wheels. AEF has
3 interior sets. Verlinden has a detail set. Any Tamiya OIF equipment set will fit the bill as well. Tank accessories from Academy too.

The Italeri kit has nothing in common with the Esci kit (except it's supposed to be a LAV-25!). Cookie's original article dealt mostly with fixing up the incorrect hull angles of the Esci kit, which Italeri got right. At the very least, get some new tires, Eduard p.e. will help a bit (if you want to justify the extra cost), but the Italeri kit doesn't need much else.
Cheers,
Jim
