looks like they used the edited photograph to sculpt this scene .

that's just the old set from Warriors, red flag over the Reichstag

It's been done before by Jaguar & Warriors but I think this version is much, much better. The figures are better and there's 3 of them instead of two which I believe is what there was on the older sets.

Original photograph is from Evgueni Khaldei on may, the 2nd 1945 in Berlin. He died in 1997 and was one of the most important photographer of the XXth century. And not only as war photographer.

On the original film, the officer/subofficer who is holding the soldier with the flag got a watch on each wrist, left and right. Soviet censorship modified the released printed pictures because they did want their soldiers to appear like thieves/trophy hunters...

Maybe the modeler in search of historic truth will want to reproduce this detail

But so many Soviet soldiers WERE thieves and looters that the denial and censorship was meaningless. The locals in Berlin, in fact, refer to one of the heroic Soviet-era statues of a Soviet soldier as the "statue of the unknown looter". Either way an interesting dio pose that looks like a good start to something interesting.

so for the stickler how many looted wrist watches on which figure

One watch on each wrist for the soldier with the cap (and what it looks like a wedding ring on the middle finger at his left hand)...

but nothing visible for the soldier holding the flag. Its uniform sleeve is tightly buttoned on his left wrist and view of his right wrist is not clear enough.
