Are there any figures of anybody being pulled out of something, such as a crevice?

Not a long shot because there are plenty of options to choose from. Assuming you are looking for figures in the 1/35 scale realm.

So many in various positions to modify to your exact specifications.

Significant modifications of figures are beyond my skill. I thought something might come premade.

I believe Zvezda’s (3606) ‘Soviet Mountain Troops’ might be a good starting point. The five figure set even includes climbing gear. HTH.

Depending on who these guys are representing you might combine a couple of old Dragon tank re-arming guys bending down, with one of those wounded tank crew – I’m thinking of the set where he’s being held up by 2 others under each shoulder – Dragon again? I once had an idea to use him being hauled out of a turret but never got round to it

There are these figures by Master Box:
