So,
Going along happily building this kit but how am I going to paint the tracks and get them on?
Left the drive and idlers both loose and haven't attached the mudguards
Am I going to need to glue them up, let set, remove and paint and remount?
I've tried this option with other kits but with mixed/poor results.

Suggestions??

What were the specific issues you had in the past ? It sounds like you're on the right track. (Pun intended)
