AFV Club, hands down! Compared to the AFV Club kit, the Trumpeter kit looks like it sat out for a day in the summer sun on a hot dashboard!

My understanding is that Strykers never saw action without slat armor. That has always dissuaded me from purchasing one of these.

As much faults as the Trumpeter ones have, they are the only option with some versions. Mortar Carrier and Ambulance spring to mind. AFV Club isn't perfect, but the detail is so much better.
