Does anybody have experience with SHQ miniatures products? I'm wondering about the scale of their offerings, since it is sometimes advertised as 20mm and seomtimes as 1/72 as well, though the two scales are obviously not the same. I don't care about the figures, which are of the wargaming style, but I'm interested in buying some of their accessories.
Thanks to anybody who might have a clue and be willing to share it.

Usually, when figures are referred to in millimeters, it is the measurement from ground to eye-level; so a 20 mm figure could be actually 22 mm tall (to top of bare head). 1/72 figures should be just slightly shorter than 25 mm. so there should be some discrepancy. On the other hand, I've got some AB figures, which are stated as 20 mm and are perfectly compatible with 1/72 armour, and other 25 mm figures.
Hmmm... I didn't really read your complete post so this may or may not help you! My bad!

You might ask on the Lead Adventure Forum.

Looks like "Lead Adventure" caters exclusively to war gamers. War-gaming figure quality, and historical 1/72 (25 mm) figures quality don't have much in common.

Can you ask them directly? While ‘20mm’ is capable of more than one interpretation for a figure and people are different sizes anyway, equipment is a specific size so whoever is mastering it must have some basis from which to start.

I agree, but SHQ has some decent quality and some interesting subjects, e.g. this one:

The figures obviously are off limits.

Also, thanks to everybody for all the replies. I wasn't aware of the exact meaning of 20 mm. The difference from 1/72 is less than expected. Maybe I'll just order some stuff and see from there.
I could obviously ask them directly, but I have found armorama to be the superior, quicker and more reliable "customer service", and I was going for a quick answer.
