The kit looks to have the steel cleat T49 tracks commonly seen on Soviet Lend Lease M4A2s. You’ll have to source your own T54 steel chevron tracks commonly seen on USMC M4A2s in the PTO from an AM company.

Yes, although I don't know that the British ever got any of this particular version. They got lots of the earl 56-degree hull M4A2s.
