What an odd and mainstream choice for them.. Finally!
I'm still waiting for a Ferdinand release without that Strabokan thingy, but I'll get this for sure if no competitor tops them before release. Nice box-art, always loved Volstad's illustrations.

Yeah, if it came with a Cylon helmet (which I own in 1:1) I'd be tempted to do the box art scene just for S&G.
Ach, übrigens hab ich dein email gekriegt. Wollte nicht unbedingt mit dem Telefon während der Fahrt speilen.

Nice that they braved putting the transmission in, but will be interesting to see how they handle the radiator and grill.

I'm in; I've been waiting for this version with interior for YEARS while MiniArt cranked out every freaking variant by every manufacturer of the otherwise desirable T54/55 series. I wanted THIS one so now patience. Sort of like what I've displayed waiting for their exquisite Ferdinand...

I dunno, have they really tackled interior kits at all? Mind you, I'd love their T-80 and T-90 series with interiors so it wouldn't break my heart!

They do have the capability. Their M270A1 MLRS Launcher cab is pretty nice. I'm building one now. I only added a couple of items like the NBC hoses, seats w/belts, and fire extinguishers from the Royal Models MLRS update set. The rest is all Trumpeter.

Didn’t Valkyrie do some East German Border guards with the Cylon helmet?

Yup.
ICM (reboxed by Alanger) did GDR figures with them too.

I would imagine you could build plenty of different nations T-72's with this kit? Iraq, Syria et.al ?
