Guys,
Has anyone built this kit, or any Abrams from RFM? I have the turret almost complete and when I offer it to the hull with is also built up, there doesn't seem to be a positive firm install between the two. The turret just sort of sits in the turret hole. Othe kits like Tamiya and Tasca/Asuka have a nice positive connection and even locks in place. Am I doing something wrong? TIA for any help.

You haven't done anything wrong. The kit turret sits just like the real thing and is held on only by its own weight.

That may very well be the case. No experience with your particular kit but many Trumpeter kits also lack the turret key that keeps it in place.

Then why does the rear portion of the upper decking rub with the underside of the rear portion of the turret?
