Tamiya has come up with both French and German-modified versions of the Char B1 Bis, but as far as I know there isn't the flamethrower version. Which is rather surprising because I thought that was supposed to be the version sent to the USSR!

Someone builds four variants, including the flamethrower.

Correct, Tamiya didn’t make that version but Blast Model and MR Modellbau make resin sets to fill the void.
