My next project will be a diorama including a British M3-Honey.
In my stash I have both the Airfix and the Academy kits. Any advice on which is better? Thanks.

They are the same. Airfix reboxed the Academy kit.

Depending on how concerned with accuracy you are, there are some issues with Academy’s effort. The roadwheel arms are too steeply angled, the relationship of the front trackguards to the sponsons is wonky and I believe that both kits have the interior from an M3A1. Tamiya’s old kit has different errors but the suspension geometry is at least better.

Yes, it also my understanding the interior is incorrect. I would test fit but as I recall one can build the kit without the interior if you wanted to skip a few steps. Everything seemed to go together well for me but it was many years a go when built so I might not be recall something. Working on the new Tamiya M3 now, it is very nice as expected.
