Good luck with that. I've pinged the email on their boxes, i've contacted them through facebook, and never received a reply on either method. If you figure it out, let me know. A lot of these Chinese companies are completely radio silent though.

I'm sorry to say that while their products are superb, their customer service is non-existant.
Using the 'Contact Us' function simply produces a message in Chinese that looks suspiciously like 'your message cannot be sent' sort of thing. I've never had a response of any kind from them, whatever the method of contact tried.
Really disappointing actually.
