Actually, the tracks should be rubber bands, as they were rubber bands on the real tank (with small, transverse metal reinforcements). These should also be visible on the inside face, as well, a detail that ICM chose to skip, but all those little wheels can partially conceal this lapse.
If you'd like to crew the vehicle, the German Reichswehr was still wearing the WW1 uniform when this tank was developed, so the German figures in Master Box's WW1 Tank Men kit can be probably adapted (a snappy little officer with a walking stick, and a grimy guy in coveralls with a padded crash helmet).
