This batch of tanks was delivered in August, 1944, so it will require a coat of Zimmerit, of you want to depict a tank from the Army 506th Battalion during the Ardennes Offensive. The new tracks were issued as a test, and were approved for service, but stocks of the old track had to be used up first, so this track did not reappear until March. 1945, just before the factory shut down. These final tanks did not have Zimmerit.
Hola Omar,
Nice kit, running gear is the most boring part and you are done with it so now the fun begins
