There are fairly frequent kit requests and "What kit would you want to see?" topics, but I thought that there are some dioramas I'd like to see.
My own idea is of the setting of somewhere in Berlin, an abandoned Dragon Panther F being examined and guarded by NKVD officers and troops.
Perhaps something such as this could include regular Red Army or Polish Army soldiers being shooed away.
Naturally, hatches would have to be open and for one thing, we don't know the mechanism of the driver and radio operator hatches.
Turret interior would involve quite a bit of guesswork as well. Hatches could perhaps be partially closed as to limit the amount of detail needed to be added.
I'd gone on eBay a few months ago and there are NKVD resin figures available.
Finish should follow the typical Daimler-Benz camo patterns used right up to the end and the turret lack a tactical number.
Plenty of "what if" kits out there — this one might classify as a "what maybe could have happened" kit/diorama.
I'd like to do it myself, but I know I likely just would not have the time.
Hey, anyone want to take this on?
And what are your ideas? I'd often wanted to build a Cambodian Army M113, but that's another one that I just may not have the time for.

NKVD troops wore very similar uniforms to the Red Army, just with different insignia and colors. Depending on the poses you want, you might be able to use some of the available plastic figures.
