A few minutes ago I put parts five and six of Abrams kit comparison article on my web site - this concludes the article.
Here is the link:
http://vodnik.net/index_feat.htm
Some minor corrections and additions to the article are still possible, but no major changes are planned (until some completely new Abrams kit appears on the market!).
Cheers,
Pawel

Pavel,
The parts below that you don't know what it is, is a cable wire reel holder. I have never seen one on an Abrams, but they are on M981 FIST-Vs on the top sloped area of the external fuel tanks and on the back of M577 and M109 series of Howitzers..

Thanks Pavel...I greatly enjoyed yur entire article. I recently built the Dragon version with mine plow for the Abrams campaign and have to comment that I did not enjoy making the kit. It was not simple and fun to build...just like you hinted at. The kit when finished looks good and with some detailing and weathering , it is a nice show piece but it makes me shy away from building other M-1 varieties. Give me an old M-60 any day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
