I think things look good. Love the snow. My only tip may be to weather the uniforms and helmets a bit more.
Great work

There's a nice feel when looking at this.
I would like to see you experiment with some washes in the creases. A thinned drop of black or burnt umber paint would really make the details pop out.
I like that you are adding details such as weapon straps, facial hair etc. It shows good promise.

I like the colors of the figures. Are those the colors indicated in the directions,
or did you select different ones? Good job on the snow covered trees- maybe
add a little underbrush. The lighting of the scene really captures a wintery day,
with some sun but lots of ground fog. Nice job!
On the kneeling troop- Present day regulation would have the flag on the sleeve
reversed, so that the canton (blue square) would be towards the front of the
figure. Regulations change, so it may have different back in WWII. Verify?
Good job and keep posting!

The flag patch is correct for WWII. I'm not sure when the Army decided to flop the flag -- I've heard some lame reasoning (i.e., it depicts the flag fluttering back because of the speed of advance of the soldier ... ), but I always thought it looked wrong. BTW, now ALL American soldiers have to add the flag patch to their BDUs, even those in the states not just combat zones. If the soldier has a combat patch, the flag is supposed to go underneath it -- again, I think this violates U.S. Flag Code in that nothing should be displayed above the U.S. flag. OK, I'll get off my soapbox now ...
Back on topic -- nice dio!

Great work!. The snow looks wonderful, and the figures look sharp. I agree with the others, though, you need to do some weathering and a dark wash to bring out the details. The uniforms just look "too clean"...thanks for sharing your work.

The Dio looks great. It would be nice if you could find some 101st AB patches in 1/35 for the uniforms. If you can you could try to paint the spade emblem on the helmets to depict easy company. This would really give the Dio character
