Hi All,
Is there any other color schemes besides Olive Drab for painting a Kampfpanzer Leopard?
Any suggestions?
Thanks again.

Hi gkicsak !
Depends on the country, the version (Leo 1 or 2) and time period you choose. Modern [german] Leos usually have the 3 color camo of olive drab, brown and black, older [plain od-painted] machines being simply overpainted with black and brown. During my army sercive in 1990, we had all the six variations (new, overpainted and od, on both Leo 1+2) in the workshop.
Hope that helps
Frank

Thanks for the information on this one. So many choices and only one model.
Suppose I better get some more models then...
Cheers,
Gabe

Hi all,
The things geronimo said are true.
Vehicles painted "olive-drab" were painted in RAL 6014 (German paint discription). For this color try using Revells No. 46 for a bleached paint.
Nato 3-color camo is Bronzegrün, Lederbraun and Teerschwarz.
They are also avaiable from Revell.
Greetings
